The Site is primarily a public informational and editorial website. Visitors are not required to create accounts, provide payment information, post comments, or submit content in order to use the Site.

Please do not send sensitive or confidential personal information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

The public Site does not currently provide public user accounts, comments, message boards, ecommerce, subscriptions, donations, or public content-upload functionality.

Accordingly, in the ordinary course of operating the public Site, we do not intentionally request:

• Social Security numbers or similar government identifiers;
• precise GPS location;
• medical or health information;
• biometric information; or
• other sensitive personal information from public visitors.

Administrative systems used to manage and publish the Site are restricted to authorized personnel and are not intended for public use.

We use third-party website analytics services to help us understand how visitors use the Site.

These services may collect or process information such as page views, sessions, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, referring sources, interaction information, and pseudonymous identifiers.

Analytics technologies may use first-party cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visitors, measure sessions, and provide aggregate information about Site usage.

We use analytics for general Site measurement and improvement. We do not intend to use analytics information to identify individual Site visitors personally.

We do not currently use Site visitor information for personalized or interest-based advertising.

Third-party analytics providers process information in accordance with their applicable agreements, privacy policies, and legal obligations.

The analytics service we currently use is Google Analytics 4, provided by Google. It sets first-party cookies beginning with _gato distinguish visitors and measure sessions. We have disabled Google Signals, advertising features, and ad personalization for this property, and we do not share Site analytics information with advertising networks. If you decline analytics, or later withdraw a previous choice to allow it, Google Analytics is instructed to stop using storage and the _ga cookies are removed from your browser.

Cookies are small data files that websites may store on a browser or device.

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, security, functionality, or other legitimate operational purposes.

Analytics cookies may be used to distinguish visitors, maintain session information, and measure Site usage.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes.

We may disclose or make information available to service providers that assist us in operating, securing, maintaining, or analyzing the Site. These may include providers of:

We do not sell personal information.

We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use Site visitor information to deliver personalized advertising.

We do not operate an advertising network and do not currently serve targeted third-party advertising based on a visitor's activity across unrelated websites or services.

If these practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

Third-party service providers that assist with analytics, measurement, performance, or security may receive technical or usage information when their technologies operate in connection with the Site.

We use these services for Site operation, measurement, analytics, security, and related purposes rather than to build profiles for targeted advertising across unrelated websites.

Third-party providers process information according to their own privacy practices and the agreements governing their services.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting.

Because there is no universally accepted technical standard governing traditional DNT signals, the Site does not currently take a specific action in response to every DNT signal.

Some browsers and extensions also support privacy preference technologies such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”).

Where applicable law requires us to recognize an applicable browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will process that signal as required by law.

Because we do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is presently no sale or targeted-advertising activity from which a visitor needs to opt out.

Analytics information may be retained according to the retention settings associated with the analytics services we use.

Information relating to suspected abuse, security incidents, disputes, or legal claims may be retained for longer periods when reasonably necessary to investigate the matter, preserve evidence, protect legal rights, or comply with law.

Aggregated or de-identified statistical information may be retained for longer periods where it no longer reasonably identifies an individual.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information and the systems through which it is processed.

These measures may include encrypted communications, access controls, authentication requirements, network and application security controls, logging, monitoring, traffic filtering, rate limiting, and other measures appropriate to the nature of the Site.

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
